Healthy Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

This flavorful and low-calorie curry includes vitamin C- rich cauliflower, and so  easy to make - just prepare and put it in the crock pot !  Serve it over whole grain brown rice or quinoa for added fiber, if you are consuming grains.
