Left Over Turkey Salad over Spinach

Ingredients:

Leftover cooked turkey - 1 cup or more or less diced

Carrot- 1-2 raw Shredded   Benefits- alkaline forming , beta carrotene,benefits the lungs, strengthens spleen,pancreas, improves liver function,contains an essential oil that destroys pinworms & roundworms .

Celery 1-3 stalks- Benefits- benefits the stomach,spleen-pancreas and calms an aggravated liver.  Very high in silicon, celery helps renew joints,bones, arteriesand all connective tissues.

Kale 1-2 stalks leaves off of stem chopped- Benefits- exceptional source of chlorophyll (blood builder)calcium,iron,and Vit. A. Eases lung congestion; benefits the stomach.

Walnuts 1 small handful- Benefits- Vit. E- which acts as a nerve proctetor and immune- enhancintioxidant. essential fatty acids, minerals, can reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.

Lemon 1/4 of a lemon juice and a few swipes of rind off a tiny grater - Benefits - increases the production of fluid in the body. Benefits the liver,improves absorbtion of minerals,promotes weight loss,cleanses the blood,and weak blood vessels. 

Vegenaise - An expeller pressed canolla oil that looks and tastes like mayonaise. Although use of oils should be minimal or less this is better than mayonaise. Use Sparingly! Maybe 1-2 teaspoons.

Curry- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon- Benefits- a potent antioxidant, curcumin reduces inflamation and helps prevent the formation of plaques in the brain that are associated with Alzheimers Disease, and can break up these plaques.

Spinach- Benefits- builds the blood in Chinese medicine theory , spinach has a "sliding" nature, which faciliates internal body movements such as bowel action and urination .Vit. A

 

 

Mix all ingredients together, except the Spinach, saving the Curry and Veganaise for last. Salt and Pepper to taste.Serve over a bed of Spinach.
