Holly's Endurance Juice Featured

Juice the following raw vegetables,

6  Carrots

Improves liver function, benefits the lungs, alkaline-forming and clears acidic blood conditions which will help in conditions like rheumatism, tonsillitis and acne. Most of all due to its large amounts of Silicon it strengthens the connective tissues and aid in calcium metabolism. 

6 Celery Stocks

Great for heat conditions, Very high in Silicon which helps with bones, arteries, renew joints and all  of the connective tissues. Great for nerve inflammations and treats High Blood pressure. 

1 cucumber

Great for cooling in hot and dry times. Helps quenches thirst and moistens the lungs. Cucumber also contains the digestive enzyme erepsis which helps break down protein and cleanses the intestines.

3 Kale leaves

Exceptional source of  Chlorophyll, calcium, iron and Vitamin A, eases lung congestion , Also, due to its high sulfur content in its juice, it can treat stomach and duodenal ulcers.

 

5 Big handfuls of Spinach

Rich in Vitamin A, iron and Chlorophyll, helps build blood and dryness in the body, quenches thirst., stops bleeding.

1 Beet

Strengthens heart, improves circulation, purifies the blood, benefits the liver , treats nervousness, Rich in  silicon as well.

1 Apple   

Remedies indigestion, Removes cholesterol &Toxic Metals, moisten dryness & cool heat in the Lungs.

 

 

FYI for Juicing

All vegetables and fruit should  be organic only.  If you have diarrhea  please stay away from this juice till the condition has been resolve. No more then 4 cups of straight carrot juice should be consumed in one day.

    Thanks for giving me some of this during my workout. I didn't fuel up correctly before my work out and in non time I got weak . This juice was a saver!

    This is really good! after 10 minutes into my workout at the gym a few weeks ago, I was feeling a little weak and odd. I was in ahurry and ate wrong before leaving to the gym. So Holly gave me some of this juice, that she had on hand. Very good , it picked me up and balanced me back.
