Kale, Beet,Carrot Salad

Ingredients:  These should all be Organic

3 Large Beets - Steamed slowly , untill almost tender- 155-160 degrees

1 bunch Kale - take leaves off off stem then steam slowley a ( little more than blanched ) until slightly tender

2-3 Medium size carrots raw or steamed slightly- Grated

Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Walnuts

Optional: Blue Cheese Crumbles or Feta or what kind you like

After steaming vegetables allow to cool or refrigerate. Chop Kale,  Julianne the Beets, grate the Carrots. Mix all together. Add Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, walnuts and sprinkle with Blue Cheese to taste.
