Quinoa "Santa Fe" Salad

Quinoa, pronounced (keen wa) Botanically is not a true grain, but can be used as one. It is a plant seed.Quinoa was one of the ancient food staples of the Incas.  It has more calcium than milk,higher in fat content than any other grain. Good source of iron, phosphorous,B vitamins and Vitamin E,and highest protein content of all grains. Quinoa also makes a great breakfast food.

Healthy Slow Cooker Chicken Curry
