Flexibility will allow you to move through a great range allowing you to generate greater force.
Correct breathing helps increase flexibility, joint strength and helps you recover faster from stress and exertion so you can move easier.
Training your mind to deal more effectively with pressure, while at the same time, programming it for the result you want, rather than the results you are getting.
Through biofeedback we are able to conduct a personal health evaluation to understand what is required to restore your body to good health and improve your overall well being.
