Team Effort - Working as a team is important, whether it’s between you and your trainer or your trainer with other health professionals, our team will facilitate this coordination to make sure that you reach your goal efficiently and safely. Many new clients we work with have a variety of health issues and symptoms that will adversely affect their ability to lose fat and gain muscle. A few examples are high cortisol levels, adrenal fatigue, depression, insomnia, and low growth hormone and testosterone levels. These health issues need to be addressed, enabling your body to be optimized, making toning and shaping much easier. Teaching and Education –
learning to workout correctly for the maximum health benefitsWe will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise “safely and correctly” you won't be one of the countless people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous exercise form. You will be taught how to change your body from the inside out so that you can maintain your new self for the rest of your life. We focus on Nutrition, teaching you what to eat, cook, and outline important aspects of eating healthy such as grocery shopping, eating out We also understand it is important to treat yourself on occasion without feeling guilty. It’s now the exception, not the routine.

Individuals:
One Session Appointment
$65 per session

Ten Session Package
$60 per session

Partner Sessions:
One Session Appointment
$105 per session

Ten Session Package
$100 per session

Starter Package:
The Starter Package includes three (3) workout sessions (Brighton Recreation Center excluded) and a one (1) hour biofeedback session which will include; food sensitivity testing, nutrition, supplement value testing and consultation.
$360 per package per person

In-Home or on location Training Sessions:
The rates for "In Home/On location” training sessions will vary dependent upon your location.
